salú began as a small grill & wine house in Benalmádena Pueblo — a love letter to Mediterranean fire, fresh produce and good company.
In Calahonda, SALU Italia brings that hospitality to an Italian kitchen, grill and lounge, with a spacious dining room, large terrace and kids’ area at El Zoco.
We still cook the way we always have — over fire, with the seasons, and for the people at the table.
